I was hunting on Gravina Island back in November and I had to walk through this huge beaver-made lake to get to my hunting spot. After an 8 mile successful hunt, I had to pack a good size buck back out through this maze of a swamp. It was the biggest area I've ever seen beavers work; it looked like a whole family of beavers lived there.
That's where I sat with the deer on my back to rest and admired what I call "Carventers".
I relate to being both a carver and a carpenter, one stick at a time, one tree at a time, one day at a time, you can build this amazing structure and environment around you.
