A Moment of Beauty // Susan Point

Four years after Susan Point was elevated to the rank of Chevalier of France’s Order of Arts and Letters, we have another opportunity to celebrate her illustrious career and contributions to the world of Coast Salish art.

Susan has created a series of Special Release prints from her catalog of favorite works, welcoming us to revisit some of her most appreciated and sought after images from the past. The beloved works Symphony of Butterflies, Missing Piecesand Dewdrop are among the six Special Releases in this collection.

Included with these brilliant, large-scale images are rare and very limited works on paper including Printer’s Proofs and Artist’s Proofs not previously available to the public.

It’s an honor for us to also include works by two of her children, renowned artists Thom Cannell and Kelly Cannell. Their styles exhibit the influence of Susan’s designs while remaining uniquely their own, showing us the continuation of Coast Salish art through generations.
