Young Black Bear was slowly wandering through the woods minding his own business when Kingfisher began taunting and teasing him and calling him names. Kingfisher even called Black Bear useless and said he had nothing of value. Young Black Bear finally replied, “I’ll show Kingfisher something that no one else can do and that no one else has.” He began to pull from his mouth two Lightning Snakes. “Now mister Kingfisher, who is it that has nothing now?” Black Bear said. Kingfisher flew off alarmed and disgruntled.
